Spring... maybe?

So... my pup is growing like a weed and as the snow melts she is also getting braver at investigating the back yard. As the house was a new build..there are random construction remnants lying around including chunks of silicone she keeps bringing up on the patio. Kind of like a cat bringing home lunch.....

In the meantine, if you have been to Nourish yet - GO! They definitely have the best fresh/frozen gluten free products in the St. John's area and I read on their facebook site they are serving their gf paninis at the Coffee Matters locations around the area!

Oh, did I mention, JOSH GROBAN! in Ottawa in July!! Yipppeee!!

This is Cricket! She's the new addition to our family.. she's cute.. really cuddly...eats shoes...sleeps cuddled into her fuzzy blanket and likes to try and eat rocks :)

Irish Tea Room in Niagara on the Lake had many gluten free things including desserts!




Stoneface Dolly's on Preston in Ottawa had great food and atmosphere and the chef was easily accessible for questions.

SilverSpoon thai in Ottawa also answered questions and delivered pretty good thai food!
